Q   What is your return policy?

A    You may return any item for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date noted on your packing slip.  We ask that all returned items be in brand new and original condition with all tags, accessories and documentation still intact.  Please do not cut off or remove any product tags if you think you might need to return the item.

Sorry, but we cannot accept items that have stains, lint/hair (human or animal) or any strong smell or odor.  Please feel free to try on any item indoors, but please do not wear it outside if you think you might need to return it.


Q   How do I return an item?

A    Returns are super easy.  There are no forms to fill out.  All you need is your invoice or order confirmation email.  Please include a copy of it in the box with your return and circle the item you are returning.  Use any shipping method you’d like.

That’s it!  Just wait us for us to receive it and process your refund (usually within 1-2 business days).  We will issue the refund in the same form as the original payment and send you an e-mail confirmation.

Some tips for a quick and successful return:

  • Read our return policy and follow the return instructions above.  Returns that do not meet our return policy will be returned to the customer by our warehouse.
  • Obtain a tracking number from your shipping carrier and insure your package for your protection.
  • Look for our refund confirmation email and wait 3-5 business days for the refund amount to post to your credit card or PayPal account.

Q   What if I received a promotional gift card with the order I am now returning?

A    If you return an order in which you received a promotional gift card, your gift card will no longer be valid once we process your return.  If you have already used the gift card, then we will deduct from your refund the gift card amount you already used.  If you return an item that was purchased with a gift card, we will issue you a new gift card.


Q   How do I exchange an item?

A    Most of the items we carry are seasonal, meaning that they sell out fast, and once they sell out, they are gone for good.  For this reason, we handle exchanges as a separate order.  Please place a new order for the item you want, and follow the return instructions above for returning the original item for a full refund.

If you purchased the original item while it was on sale, please email us for a coupon code when placing your new order.


Q   An item I received is defective. What should I do?

A    We are an authorized retailer of every brand we sell, and all items are covered by the respective manufacturer warranty.  We are more than happy to help facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer, so please contact us first.  We will advise you on the best and most efficient way to make your warranty claim, and we will assist you with any repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.
